After a long day of pumping, the heat from these packs melts away the engorgement soreness in about ten minutes, and they contour nicely to my chest without gaping. I just wish the strap closure was a bit wider, but it's held up fine through daily use.

The cold side is what I reach for after every pumping session—it molds right to the breast and stays put without slipping. Warmth takes a bit to build, but once it’s on, the relief lasts a good twenty minutes. So glad I grabbed these before my second baby.
