Took a few tries to get the hang of the one-press expression, but once I did, it’s been a lifesaver for those middle-of-the-night letdowns when I don’t want to drag out the electric pump. The silicone body fits so snugly in my bra that I can actually prep a bottle with both hands free.

The 4oz capacity is genuinely useful—I can get a full feed's worth without having to juggle bottles mid-session. The one-press expression is so intuitive that I've actually pumped hands-free while reading to my toddler, which is something I never managed with any other pump.
